Taro is a traditional dish Bamileke tribe, originated from North West of Cameroon. It's called yellow sauce or Achu ( sauce jaune) because it's mostly made of red palm oil and a mixture of spices. French people called" Taro" served with Pounded Malanga Edo. it's most often enjoyed during major ceremonies and appreciation, wedding, bereavement, births and more.
